It was signed a Convention  between ItalAfrica and Assoconsulenza: it is self-regulating organization of category of investment advisors and monitored by the Advisory member of the Association of emerging professions of CNEL (National Council for Economy and Labour), founded in Milan on December 16, 1996, is the only nucleus of the Investment Advisers accredited and recognized institution being joined respectively by 1999 and from 2000 COLAP - Coordination of Free Professional Associations and consulting associations of emerging professionals. The basic principle of this collaboration is to improve the climate of cooperation between Italy and the countries of Central Africa, to implement any initiative aimed to promote, facilitate and secure trade between these regions. All this through the direct involvement of member companies and associations mentioned in the epigraph to all those concerned to engage in trade negotiations and economic sum-mentioned operational areas. Among the various lines of action where Assoconsulenza develops its institutional activities include those for the creation of international partnerships and twinning present in major financial markets of various global and regional contexts and the organization of conferences at which meeting the members of the various operators institutions and associations. The consolidated direct knowledge of local representatives also allows the development of measures to improve the implementation of trade facilitation and bureaucratic: just recently, the delegation office in Kinshasa was able to conclude an important agreement with the FEC (Business Federation of Congo), the latter as a chamber of commerce for industry and agriculture, has a dual role in promoting entrepreneurship and to act as interlocutor between the various economic sectors. It carries on an economic mission broad spectrum whose main activities are:

- To ensure the functions of chambers of commerce, industry, agriculture, handicrafts and professional organization;

- Promoting the interests of businesses within various sectors of economic activity, and social science, in harmony with the common interest.

- Representing after public institutions, with national and international industrial activities, agricultural, commercial, social, craft of its members.

- Recommend, within the various economic sectors, companies, the same members, the interpretation of laws and regulations both domestic and international.

- To resolve any disputes arising between any parties belonging to the same association.

- Its clientele is mixed and varied. His followers are traders, farmers, entrepreneurs, industrialists and professionals generally operating in different economic environments.

The same is about 760 members including provincial associations (Provincial Federations) of the provinces of Bas-Congo, Kasai Oriental, Kasai Occidental and Katanga. For all those entrepreneurs who wish to expand their business, it is necessary to have support points in foreign countries that are going to work, as well as constantly updated information about the internal situation. The Central area, the heart of Africa, is a valuable context within which to move his steps in the international arena.



Knowing that it is possible, through the appropriate channels of communication and good cooperation, bargain socio-economic value of national and transnational, the agreement was reached with Assocarni, National Association, member of Confindustria and Federalimentare that represent, protect and assist companies of the Italian slaughter, processing and marketing of meat. Among the priorities underlying the various initiatives in progress, is to give life to a place of encounter and reflection, where they can find space past experiences and accumulated baggage belonging to the human and professional personalities belonging to the above associations . The African soil, humus rich cultural and human, both can and can teach both. And in the dissemination of the culture of the Central, ItalAfrica has signed contracts with some Italian universities,those of Salerno, Naples and Rome, once the purpose is to offer students interested in achieving his thesis on topics related to socio-economic-cultural substrate of the aforementioned geographic scope, the total availability in performing an internship at the registered office, in addition to a fair disclosure of the documents have been required. Yet another clear sign of the constant desire to cement strong relationships and lasting, is the latest agreement with API, Association of Small and Medium Enterprises of Naples and province ,to represent and protect the industries in the area, through effective measures of economic , trade union and institutional and interaction with all actors involved in regional development paths: born on the initiative of some businessmen who felt the need for a separate representation in their class and has developed over the years to join hundreds of companies belonging to all sectors. Nationally, it adheres and is legally recognized by CONFAPI - Italian Confederation of Small and Medium Enterprises - which has territorial expression. Present at the meeting: for  ItalAfrica, the  President, Consul Alfredo C. Cestari, Dr. Perruolo and Dr. Picone, for API, the President, Dr. Emilio Alfano and responsible for internationalization, Dr. Ida Mambro.
