Private Sector Federation - Rwanda
The Private Sector Federation - Rwanda (PSF) - is a professional organization dedicated to promote and represent the interests of the business community in Rwanda.
It is an umbrella organization comprising nine professional camera.
It was founded in December 1999 and replaces the former Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Rwanda.
It represents and serves the interests of all private sector through lobbying and advocacy, while at the same time providing timely and relevant business development services that promote sustainable development of the private sector determine the economic growth.
Activities:
- To representing the interests of the private sector;
- Dialogue with the Government on matters relating to business improvement through the Forum Economic Partnership;
- Promotion and development.
The PSF-RWANDA Secretariat has been restructured into six departments:
- Entrepreneurship development and business growth;
- Capacity Building and Employment;
- Trade and policy advocacy;
- Membership, Events and Communications;
- Finance and Administration.
Services:
- Promote entrepreneurship and business growth;
- Develop the capacity of the private sector;
- To support the active participation in international trade and regional integration;
- To Develop the quality of services and to improve communication.
