This magazine will be a useful information tool for entrepreneurs wishing to start business relations with the Democratic Republic of Congo. But also a guide for those who want to learn from near this extraordinary country.

Starting a new publishing initiative, now in a context characterized by intrusive information such as confused, requires at least some comment on the motivations and objectives. From July 2003 in Naples at the Management Centre, is on the Consulate of the Democratic Republic of Congo which is a reference point for those who consider the country a place to visit to learn about the culture and the profound humanity that pervades the people both parties who have intention to invest.

This bimonthly magazine, is the official organ of the Consulate, an information tool is the last in chronological order, is in fact the recent publication of a guide that may be useful to entrepreneurs who wish to undertake business with the country-This document drafted in close cooperation with the Embassy of the Democratic Republic of Congo and the Ministries concerned on the same, shows information related to procedures for the import-export customs operations, payment systems, banks reliable short to everything can be supportive and closely monitored to avoid incurring the entrepreneur of surprises. But returning to our editorial initiative, its implementation was motivated by the thought that the internal and external communication of an institution plays a crucial role in the success of a project based on participation and sharing.

Thus, this paper complements the communication tools used so far. It will be structured into sections; devote space to news and reports on the Democratic Republic of Congo to countries with which it has relations of economic trade initiatives of the African government and humanitarian work sponsored by the Consulate for fundraising.

Each issue will be published calls for tender launched in Congo, through which it will finance the first works. Businesses operating in the design and construction will thus the opportunity to access the notices issued by the World Bank, the European Commission and by the Government of the DRC. It will also discuss tourism, despite the photo of the international media on the Democratic Republic of Congo is a reality that sorely tried, the country is also another, and seven National Parks of enormous size, a chain of seven volcanoes, two of them active, lakes , rivers, caves, numerous waterfalls of 200 meters that give life to an incredible show.

In short, the country has huge potential for development from the point of view of tourism. Finally, some years there is a transitional government that is going to lead the country in the register of reality represented in justice and freedom.

In publishing the first issue of "EconoCongo" so that we can not hope to meet with the benefit of readers, by continuing to engage with the spirit and enthusiasm that characterizes always been our job.
