Along with educational materials were sent foods like pasta and peeled, toys and clothing for small pupils. Before the arrival of the Consul in the DRC, in collaboration with the engineers of society Italcon DRC Sprl, a party was organized by the UNAF (National Union des femmes), which manages the school. During the meeting, the Consul wanted to personally deliver the gifts to children. Were present at the founding of the Association which manages the school Madame Lukiana Muftwankolo, the Mayor of Masina and various other institutional representatives. The real stars were them children, recipients of this charity work that the intention of the promoters, is a small step to ensure their education and later work. The celebration was marked by two moments of substance: the acceptance by the Congolese people with local folk dances in costumes accompanied by drums and handmade instruments and the intervention of representatives of the two institutions that organized the event. The first to talk was the Consul Cestari, who, in delivering the gifts to students, recommended them to put them to good use. A reassuring thought that handles the founder of the school which stated firmly that his gesture of solidarity, will give the opportunity to continue educational activities with profit than to leave an indelible mark of love that has always has characterized the Italian people against the Congo. "Children are the future of the world to which we now take the opportunity to progress in learning to become men of tomorrow," said Madame Lukiana.

Even the Mayor of Masina, representing local government, held a speech pointing out that children benefit from this gesture of solidarity, a day probably will be professionals who will address the country's fortunes. Conditions besetting the school Masina were poor, the students had to study sitting on the ground supporting their notebooks and books where they would.

Through this initiative, now these children will have the opportunity to study and perform all activities of teaching sit on chairs and benches, as all schoolchildren in the world. Many of the mothers at the party expressed their emotion thinking about the future of their children.
After the ceremony, the Consul was accompanied by the responsible party to visit the rooms used as classrooms.
A curiosity: the celebrations were held in conditions not very good, but rain for the Congolese people is a sign of blessing from heaven.

Recently, the consulate has promoted a collection of teaching equipment (desks and chairs for shakes, illustrative maps and much more) that is intended for an elementary school located in the town of 500.00 inhabitants of Masina, Kinshasa region.
