Several  institutional meetings have been, in which Italian entrepreneurs have participated .In the Democratic Republic of the Congo have been met:



The involvement of institutional players was crucial to the reliability and certainty to the Italian entrepreneurs who are still suffering the effects of negative information on the African continent and especially to ensure no risk to themselves.


Organization of  workshop

The workshop was organized at the Grand Hotel in Kinshasa on 4 and 5 November 2008.
They have intervened: Eng. Argun Isin expert BCECO (Bureau Central de Coordination) in international contract with the World Bank, which provided information on the main procurement managed by the Bank and how the selection process, Dr. JM Gandu and the lawyer Mavinga Ndangi, who address aspects of commercial law and corporate one ,bureaucratic formalities for  the creation of and fiscal regulations , and finally Dr. Alfred Kasongo, head of Eco Bank, which has done an analysis of financial products and credit  that the institute offers to investors.


Achieved results

The promotion and presentation of Italian companies participating in the mission to the Rwandan and Burundian institutions intervened and some local entrepreneurs, who have shown keen interest to enter into partnerships. In fact, after tasting some Italian products such as dairy products from Campania, local businessmen have expressed their desire to enter into a partnership for the import of some products  or the production of them on site. Moreover, Italian businessmen have expressed at the end of the mission, their appreciation for the excellent organization and especially for the quality of the meetings that have contributed not only to know, two economic and cultural realities that start to increasingly become more important for the global economy, but also to gain greater security in the possibility of considering the exploration of an area that always inspires fear and insecurity.
