The Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Agriculture and Handicraft of Pointe-Noire "CCIAMA "- is a public authority with legal personality and financial autonomy, established March 15, 1947. The CCIAMA is governed by Decree No 95-245 of 04 December 1995, supplemented by Decree 96-114 of 05 March 1996.

Provision of services and sections of CCIAMA:

• CGA (Certified Management Centre) which has as its objectives:
  • to provide technical support to its members in accounting, tax, management training and information;
  • to work to improve the climate of trust between its members and their partner (suppliers, banks, tax authorities, etc.);
  • to promote the consolidation of contractors;
  • to contribute to the development of very small businesses;
  • to contribute to promoting and ensuring the integrity of the accounting profession.
• Cigo (Centre for Management and Business Opportunities) provides information on:
  • economy of the Congo (and others);
  • national economic situation and international economic and social;
  • price statistics, trade, production capacity, sales;
  • list of products and services of local businesses;
  • conditions of market access (Congolese customs regulations, non-tariff barriers, etc.).
  • business opportunities in the country and outside (tenders, offers outsourcing, products or services, partnerships, etc.).
  • practical information that can facilitate trade, investments and settlements (trade regulation, regulatory framework, the terms and conditions of establishment etc.).
  • decision aid, including sector studies and studies on possible areas in Congo and elsewhere, distribution channels etc..;
  • areas of practical training and the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, international trade and development of export capacity for business;
  • national and international events (fairs, exhibitions, fairs, seminars, information, etc.).
  • promotional or spaces reserved for national companies on the portal of UEMOA / CEMAC.
• Economic Studies and Projects:
  • conducts studies on behalf of traders and other partners
  • provides technical coordination of the ITA.

  • the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Handicrafts of Pointe-Noire has a database of companies in different sectors of the Congolese economy.
